In-store course: Bike Maintenance 101

1-hour hands-on course with your own bike, including:

  • Washing your bike correctly without damaging parts

  • Parts of your bike that need lubrication between services

  • Cleaners and lubricants to use to prolong your service intervals

  • How to check your bike to ensure it's in top condition

  • Service intervals and maintenance schedule for bike components

In-store course: Puncture Repair

Gain practical knowledge and skills to fix a puncture on your bike.

1-hour hands-on course with your own bike, including:

  • How to remove and install front and rear wheels

  • Removing your tyre and tube effortlessly

  • Fixing a puncture, checking for obstructions and replacing or repairing a tube

  • Tyre, tube and rim inspection

  • Correct tyre setup, maintenance and pressures

  • How a tubeless tyre works and how to fix one on the trail

  • Tools and equipment to fix a puncture

In-store course: Drivetrain Maintenance

Do you know what to do if your chain breaks? This practical course shows you how to fix your chain, get the best performance out of your gearing, and maintain your drivetrain properly.

1-hour hands-on course with your own bike, including:

  • Repair a broken chain and install a quick link or pin

  • Using gears to eliminate wear-and-tear and breakdowns

  • Checking your drivetrain for damage and wear

  • How to maintain your drivetrain and clean your chain, sprockets and hard-to-reach places

  • How to lube your chain

  • Tools and equipment

In-store course: Suspension Set-up

Even top-range bikes need to have their suspension set up correctly to perform well. Learn first-hand how your suspension works and how you can get the best performance out of it.

1-hour hands-on course with your own bike, including:

  • How suspension forks and shocks work
